2014 saw Billy release their first EP ‘Who ( / )’; part one of a trilogy of EPs concerned with identity, both social, cultural and personal. Then, a trip to Moscow, Russia that saw them headlining a show and holding the LGBTQ flag in front of the Kremlin.
In early 2015 Billy then went on to do a mini-tour of the USA, with their US debut at the legendary Joe’s Pub in New York being made critics choice on Time Out New York. April saw the second installment of the Who trilogy: ‘Who ( // )’, reviewed in Attitude Magazine amongst other places; “Their first EP took a look at ideas such as consumerism, personal identity and online reality – in the second act of this trilogy they have delved even further into these ideas with great harmonies and melodies throughout.” ?
Teaching himself to play the family's Lowrey organ as a boy, Milo began writing and recording electronic music in his early teens when his family relocated from the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan to Anaheim, California in the mid 80’s. Melding his early childhood crushes on Beatles and Prince classics, with his newfound teenage love for the electronic and alternative artists that hailed the SoCal airwaves in the late 80’s, Milo discovered a connection to music and a way of working that would forever leave an indelible footprint on him — His sound was born. And In 1990, just barely 18, he began working with Cause & Effect on several projects before becoming a full time band member in 1992.
In 2013, Cause & Effect went on hiatus and Milo began work on various projects, mining through some older material, but it wasn’t until 2015 that SOLSUN emerged.
The first SOLSUN single “The Only Ones?” features backing vocals by Anything Box’s Dania Morales, and is mixed by Producer/Remixer Dave Audé and Christian Dwiggins. Check it out HERE! A mini album is set to release in early Fall.
Fritz Helder’s Force Of Nature EP is a multidimensional piece that merges the polish of avant-garde art-pop with the high-energy, slinky sounds of the dance floor.?"This being my first solo endeavor...I feel like my naïveté and vulnerability are on full display with this first collection of songs." Fritz says of his newest project, "I'm giving up the ghosts of my past and carving out a place of my own. I purposefully ventured away from what I thought people would expect from me." Fritz Helder’s debut EP is marked by both its ambition and a sense of the new - fierce and unapologetic, this is Fritz Helder’s Force Of Nature.

The touring around the 2012 LP “Bodyparts,” coupled with their smash collaborations with French DJ Martin Solveig, saw them almost constantly continent-hopping, sometimes swinging from Paris to Manila in a single weekend. They did tours of the US with Major Lazer, Miike Snow and The Presets, played to a packed mid-day tent at Coachella, and graced festival stages on five continents.
After a bit of depressurization, the band collaborated with top-flight electronic music producers from across the planet, including Dutch producer Mike Mago, US beatmaster Big Data, and Swedish hit-makers Galantis. All this work with other people has provided fresh fuel for the Dragonette mothership. They’re currently putting the finishing touches on their as-yet-untitled fourth album, and “Let The Night Fall” and “Lonely Heart” are a first taste of that work.

Vernessa’s solo debut album, “Higher Ground”, was released in 1985 and quickly established her as a singer’s singer. The title cut on the project garnered Grammy and Dove Award nominations.
The 1987 follow-up album, “On A Mission”, which included the hits “Stand Up and Be Counted” and “Someone Loves You” was much anticipated and built upon the success of “Higher Ground” and her critically acclaimed live performances that included Presidential Inaugurations. However, it was her 1992 release, “Destiny”, which won the hearts of urban audiences throughout America and gained the attention of Dick Clark Productions.
“Destiny” acquired crossover success as its driving urban tone aggressively crossed religious barriers. Hits such as “Reap” and “You Took My Life” caught the ear of renowned DJ, Junior Vasquez; and were remixed –becoming anthems within major urban clubs throughout the United States, Europe and South America. Vernessa’s voice became a soaring instrument of hope and joy as her music climbed the Billboard charts.
Artist…vocalist…minister, and friend…each describe what audiences around the world have felt about Vernessa, but there’s so much more. Those who have been touched by her life and music will attest to such. Many are gifted, but few are a gift freely presented to the world. Vernessa is both.
