Caroline Lund, originally from Ghana, West Africa, grew up in Stockton, CA. After studying theater at SF State, she became a go-go dancer at San Francisco's legendary Club Townsend (i.e., Universe, Pleasurdome). After several years as a featured dancer, she began to manage dancers for the club until Townsend closed its doors for good.
Caroline became a regular fixture in the SF nightclub scene as a dancer in some of the city's hottest night clubs: End Up (Fag Fridays, Pop, Ghetto Disco) DNA Lounge (Remedy) Ruby Skye (Fresh) Club Mezzanine (Matiné). Caroline has performed at numerous events including Folsom Street Fair, San Francisco Pride Main Stage, and Gay Days at Great America.
Armed with new material, people are taking notice of her vocal talent. She's hoping to take her career to the next level. According to Lund, "I can promise one thing: Whether up in a cage dancing, or rocking the mic in a club, I am always "Feelin it!", and I want to make you "Move your body!"" |
