New for 2008

Folsom Street Events has created an Artists' Program consisting of the new Folsom Street Fair Juried Artists' Area and the Folsom Street Fair Poster Competition. We have modified the rules of the Poster Competition to focus entrants on providing their alternate visions of this year's Folsom Street Fair rather than a future fair.

Artist may elect to enter either or both programs.

Juried Artists' Area

Begun in 2007, the Juried Artists' Area provides 6-10 artists free booth space in the dedicated artist's area of the Folsom Street Fair in addition to coverage in the Fair Guide and on the Folsom website. To apply, just download the application and submit it along with a digital copy of your artwork for judging. The application PDF file has complete details on the Juried Artists' Area. Note: Applications for this year are no longer being accepted.

Poster Competition

Marking its fifth year, the Poster Competition has been streamlined to focus on the current fair season. Offering cash prizes as well as exposure at the Folsom Street Fair as well as the Folsom website, this competition has attracted artists from around the world. Registration is easy via an online process.
